Registration for Diocesan Convention

Registration has begun for the 2013 Diocesan Convention. Convention will be February 22 & 23 at the Hyatt Regency in Cambridge, MD. Registration is now online only and can be found through this link. The deadline for registration is February 8 and the deadline for payment is February 15. We are unable to receive online payments at this time, so payments must still be sent to 314 North street, Easton, MD 21601.

The list of nominations for Standing Committee, Diocesan Council, and Board of Managers is also online. Please visit the Convention section of the website to learn more about the nominees and the different committees.

Continue to check the Convention section of this website as more information will be added soon.

  1. Edith Foley says:

I like to be a guest again with meal participation. Your new registration does not show this.

    Please advise…Edith

    • Heather Cook says:

Edith, yes it does. We thought we made it as easy as possible by providing drop-down menus, the very first of which (second box, under “Name”) allows you to register as “Guest.”

  2. Bill Kerbin says:

Concerning registration the deadline is February 8. However, for payment in one place you say February 8 and the other February 15. Which is correct?

  3. Chuck Walthall says:

at clericus the Bishop indicated Fri would be the business meeting

  4. Anita Rowan says:

Upon confirmation, one of my meals is incorrect. How do I correct it?

  5. Chris Mushinsky says:

Is is possible to get a copy of the minutes from the Convention? Thank you in advance and God Bless.

    • Putting the minutes together is a huge undertaking for the Secretary to Convention, and takes a month or more to be completed. When they are, they are mailed to each parish, and will also be posted online. In the meantime, results of elections are already posted, and we have requested the financial reports as well. If there’s something in particular you wish to know, please email or call the diocesan office (410-822-1919). — Canon Cook
