REGISTRATION & MEDICAL RELEASE
Everyone in grades 5-12 are welcome! Please register by contacting your local Episcopal church. Some churches have an assigned adult leader responsible for registration while in other churches it will be the priest in charge. If your son/daughter is the only student attending from a church, the leader/priest may ask you (the parent/guardian) to register directly. Each church must send one adult chaperone for every 5 youth attending. If a church has both male and female students attending, a chaperone of each gender must also attend. This is in keeping with our Safeguarding God’s Children standards.
