Study of the Book of Acts

Reading the Acts of the Apostles Together

Why Acts Now?

  • Bishop’s Convention Address
  • As our diocese reads the Acts of the Apostles together, we suggest two principle questions to inform our study.

What are the core values and practices of a prayer-centered and mission focused community as illustrated in the Acts of the Apostles?

What and how would our church/community/group look like in light of reading Acts as an impetus for change and growth in prayer and mission? How could the ministry of our committees, commissions and our diocese be different after reading and studying Acts?
